Ghekko is a Telecoms company owned by Nigel, Director & Creator of SebSpace!

I’ve worked for Ghekko, in Amtri House for about 8 years before it became a co-working space. We had the whole building to ourselves, which was a mix of office & warehouse space. Too much space for what we needed! so when Nigel told me his plans to remodel the building and create SebSpace I was super excited to see the end result!

SebSpace provides so much opportunity to network, grow clientele and awareness of our business every day. Sarah hosts monthly events, which is great for new & existing members, I’ve met so many people who I now consider friends. We have a private office, but regularly use the breakout spaces & meeting rooms which serves as a great space for customer meetings.

My advice to anyone thinking of joining would be don’t think twice, just do it!

We previously had a dedicated office space that was costing the earth, and we wanted something more cost-effective. We HATE working from home and always need to feel like I’m going to work to maintain the right head space and want my whole team in one place for collaboration. SebSpace offered the perfect balance of “cool”, chilled-out environment and a collaborative space for the team to work together and host clients.

We love the vibrant space and seeing new faces daily. SebSpace works so well for us; we have a spacious private office area that gives us the flexibility of inviting clients and subcontractors for regular meetings. We enjoy participating in social events hosted by SebSpace and find it an uplifting workplace. Also, the COFFEE!!

Our advice to anyone thinking of joining the space would be try it, chat with people, ask questions, don’t be shy. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. There are plenty of fantastic benefits, including a coffee machine, chill-out areas, private phone booths and meeting rooms.

After having to WFH throughout the pandemic, we both wanted to be working in an office environment again. SebSpace is the perfect place for us, with Sophie as Social Media & Marketing Manager and Katie, Customer Services Manager, both of us can be quite flexible in our roles throughout the year and the different packages SebSpace has to offer makes it so much easier for us to work in an office without having to worry about being kicked out when it gets late!

So far, the space has been such a fun, sociable and vibrant environment to be in! Sarah and the team are fabulous at organising different social events for everyone to get to know each other, making the Space so friendly and great to collaborate with the other members.

We would suggest to anyone to come along for a tour, there is a plan to suit everyone and the team are always willing to help out anyway they can. When you get to the Space, make the most of it! There is such a variety of different industries within the space that you will be sure to find an answer to everything!
