Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is provided via our shared network and it available throughout the entire building. The connection is high-speed, and we can assure you that it is more than suitable to perform standard daily tasks. For more information about our Wi-Fi policy, including how to access, please contact our community managers at hello@sebspace.co.uk

Private Offices

We understand you may want additional furniture for functionality, or to personalise your space. We allow Dedicated Desk and Private Office members to bring in their own furniture at our discretion. Please ensure any furniture brought in fits with the aesthetic of the building and if you are unsure if an item is compliant simply run it by our community managers via hello@sebspace.co.uk

The office is cleaned every Monday-Friday between the hours of 5pm-8pm, although we do encourage those at SebSpace to clean up after themselves and utilise the dishwashers provided.

Our AC and heating system is set to be at an optimal temperature between 20 and 23 degrees throughout the entire building. If you wish to adjust the temperature, please contact our community managements at hello@sebspace.co.uk or raise a support ticket via the online member portal.

Our community managers can assess available spaces and give you priority to move internally with no notice required. We will always seek to find a solution to accommodate you.

Your first invoice must be paid before starting. All following invoices are sent on the 24th of the month (charge for the following month) and are due on the 1st of each month. Day passes are billed in arrears on the same dates.

No, we will calculate it prorata. You will only be charged from the day your contract starts. The deposit will be equal to a full month, regardless of when you start.

If we do not receive your payment 10 days after the due date, we will apply a 10% late fee on the invoice.

Once you become a member, you will be given access to our SebSpace online member portal where you can access all your invoices (providing you are the bill paying member).

Access

If you have a Day Pass or Hot Desk membership, you can access the premises during business hours (Monday-Thursday 8:45am-5:30pm & Friday 8:45am-5pm). If you have a Dedicated Desk or a Private Office, you will have 24/7 access to the building with a key card.

Dedicated Desk and Private Office members have a key card and Day Pass and Hot Desk members are required to ring the doorbell and be let in by our community managers.

Safety & Security

Yes, this will be provided when you join, or can be given by our community managers by contacting hello@sebspace.co.uk

We have a bar area at SebSpace and welcome sensible drinking with a BYOB policy. If you have driven to SebSpace we do not condone drinking alcohol and driving and encourage you to leave your car overnight if required.

We have several CCTV cameras around the building and our premises are locked outside of business hours, with only members having access via their key card. All Private Offices must take responsibility for locking their space at the end of each use. We accept no liability if you park your car and this is broken into or any belongings stolen.

Please report it as soon as possible to our community management team.
