At SebSpace, we want everyone to feel at home. To ensure the experience is as pleasant as possible, we have some rules in place.

We kindly ask all our members to be respectful and make sure they comply to this rules.

Kitchen Policy

The 2 coffee bars located upstairs and in the Igloo are strictly reserved to drinks. For food, please prepare it in the main kitchen in the Farmhouse.

Fridge & Cupboards Policy

All fridges are cleaned every Friday at 3PM. We kindly ask you to remove your belongings by then. Any item left in the fridge at 3 PM on Friday will be removed (including the container!).

The same thing apply to cupboards.

Guests Policy

At SebSpace, we welcome guests however we require you, as a member, to let us know by logging into your member portal the visitor. You will be asked for their contact information.

A code for the door will be automatically generated and you will be notified as soon as they arrive.

Mail and Package Handling Policy

At SebSpace, we offer a mail and package handling policy. If we receive a letter or package for you, you will be notified via email.

The email will also include the location where you can pick it up (usually the reception).

Any letter or package addressed to an individual or company who did not subscribed to our Mail handling package will be refused.

Please note that we do not ship packages or letters. You can find a mailbox just around the corner. The post office is located in Tytherington Shopping Centre.

Pet Policy

We do not accept pets at SebSpace.
